WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

- For customers in the United States, please allow about 5 to 14 business days delivery time from your order date. If we anticipate a shorter or longer delivery time, it will be noted in the item description. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. 

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Items in our overseas warehouse may take up to 7-10 days lead time before shipment. 

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. All shipments comes with tracking numbers. Your shipment will arrive via USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery.

Yes! We offer free flat rate shipping for customers in the United States. For international shipping outside of United States, the shipping charges is flat rate on any order. Please note that customers outside U.S. shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

To return your item, follow the below process:

  1. Please send us an email at theimpulsebuy@gmail.com and you will be given a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  2. Package Your Return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  3. Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Once entered into our system, your return will be inspected by our team. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
