We cannot cancel your order once it's already shipped. Our refund policy is 30 days. After 30 days has passed since your purchase was made, a refund or exchange cannot be processed.
We only offer refunds on unused products in the same condition they were shipped. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for a refund.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that cannot be returned are:
- Gift Cards
- Downloaded products
- Used personal and beauty/hygiene products
- Used and opened products
Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business after it's processed by us to show up in your account.
